| Pre-sales service: Free sample making For free sample making/testing, please send your samples or product CAD graphics to our company in China. Try before you buy. Progressive Solution Design According to the customer's product processing requirements, we can design a unique solution that supports higher manufacturing efficiency and better processing quality for the customer. After-sales service: Training to install: A. We will provide the machine with training video and user manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and offer technical guidance by email, fax, telephone/SKYPE/Wechat when you encounter problems during installation, use, or adjustment. (Recommended) B. You can come to EKS Laser factory for training. EKS Laser will offer professional guidance. Direct and effective face-to-face training. Here we have assembled equipment, all kinds of tools, and testing facilities. Training time: 3–5 days (Recommended) C. Our engineer will do on-site instruction training at your location. We need your help to handle visa formalities, prepay travel expenses, and accommodation during the business trip and service period before dispatch. It's better to arrange a translator for both engineers during the training period. Training time: 5–7 days Remark: The cost of air tickets and accommodation in your country will be borne by your side. Main training content includes: 1. Training on machine operating procedures; 2. Panel and significance of control parameters, parameter range of options; 3. Basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine; 4. Common hardware failure handling; 5. Issues to pay attention to during operation; 6. Additional technical support for product processing. After machine installation and testing, provide technical training for no less than two days until the customer’s operator can operate the device normally. |
| Machine Installation, Debugging & Training Costs |
| In the Chinese market, our company bears all costs of installation, training, and maintenance. In overseas markets, our company sends a technical engineer to your location for installation and training, and all expenses are borne by the customer party. The machine installation will be completed within 3–5 days for users. |
| Quality Guarantee and After-sales Service |
| The quality guarantee period is 12 months from the date the goods arrive at the destination port. Except for artificial damage, we are responsible for providing parts free of charge during the warranty period, but you must send the damaged parts to us via courier, with your charges, before we send back the replacement parts. After the warranty period, any required parts for repair or replacement will be paid for by the customer. |
