3) Starch. The stability of starch is poor. The high temperature of the drying process will make some starch gelatinize and reduce the starch content. Starch is one of the main nutrients of corn, so drying from starch will affect the nutrient loss of corn.

4) A variety of plant enzymes. The vegetative enzymes in corn can catalyze the metabolism of corn, and also promote the digestion and absorption of various nutrients, because the enzyme is very sensitive to high temperature, drying will destroy the activity of some enzymes.

Therefore, the drying process will reduce the starch content in corn, and will also affect the activity of plant enzymes in corn, and have a certain loss of nutrients in corn. According to incomplete statistics, 80% of the dried corn varieties will be reduced to the first-class situation, belonging to the "not suitable for storage" corn. That is to say, it is best to use fresh corn in the dry corn instead of using the corn.

Third, mycotoxins

Dry corn has less moisture content and is not conducive to mold growth, so the content of mycotoxins in dried corn is lower than that of dried corn.
