1. When the on-site maintenance personnel perform maintenance work, the replaced parts should be recovered and placed in an appropriate location. It is strictly forbidden to discard various metal wastes into the stone.

2. When the maintenance staff of the ore dressing workshop is not ready for maintenance, please strictly abide by the operating procedures and avoid leaving maintenance tools and sundries in the equipment.

3. By purchasing and relying on its own technical strength, the existing metal detectors are updated or modified to improve the metal detector's ability to detect and exclude metals.

4. Operators who are concerned about the feeding belt of the crusher should strengthen their sense of responsibility, increase the detection intensity of the testing materials, and arrange foreign matter in time.

5. The crusher operator did not check in time and found that abnormal conditions such as current and sound should be handled and reported in time to prevent the accident from expanding.

6. Regularly use ultrasonic instruments to check the spindle and other components to understand the actual condition of the equipment.

7. Strengthen the training of operators in various departments, strive to improve the actual operation level of operators, strengthen the maintenance of equipment, ensure that the equipment is in a good technical state, and timely perform large and medium-sized maintenance of equipment.

8. For the main equipment components such as the main shaft, valve body, etc. that can affect the production of the entire system, do a good job of purchasing spare parts in stock to avoid special situations after the shutdown of the special system.
