Design Sewing Templates with AutoSew CAD
Creating a sewing template involves careful planning. Key factors to consider include the type of fabric, the material for the template, the fixture design, and the sewing process itself.
Output Cutting File to Laser Cutter
Set the cutting parameters such as speed and power, then use the Richpeace Laser Cutting Machine to cut the sewing template accurately.
Manufacture the Sewing Template
Use materials like tape, glue, pins, hinges, EVA foam, and double-sided tape to construct the template. Properly securing the cut pieces is crucial during this step.
Generate Automatic Sewing Files
The automatic sewing files are in DSR format and can be directly used by the Richpeace Automatic Sewing Machine.
Start the Automatic Sewing Process
Place the sewing template on the machine and begin the automated sewing process.
